7 rules about short films
Ater reading the article "7 rules for writing short films" ive learned that if your making ahort film it should only last from 15 seconds to 45 mnutes and if you're putting it into a festival it should be no longer than 10 minutes. i have also learned that certin scenes for example like car accidents or explosions take alot more time to shoot rather than you shooing someone walking and getting into a fight unless your an expert at shooting shorts and CGI and lastly ive learned that when making a short films its important not to have too much dialouge. I liked the way the article was set up starting from rule 1 and so on. i also liked the information it gave me about short films. What will the next best short film be?
2D or 3D
After reading the article "why tradtional films beats 3D any day" ive leaned that psycologists have written about people that when they see something is too unreal to them or feels wrong in some cases they dislike it. ive also learned that in certain films there are thngs that are wrong or flipped flopped. Lastly ive learned that certain movies give the actors and actresses what seems a one demention effect instead of 3. in my opinion i side with the writer the 3D affect bores me and fries my brain they should ot put so much effort into 3D movies and go back to the original film styling which is stunning. i also like the feed back he gives about certain movies mentioned in the article. Will they listen to the persons opinion?
